Refund policy

Thank you for choosing CleanCo. Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Whether you’re shopping from the UK or the US, our policy aims to support your shopping experience. Below, you’ll find the conditions that apply globally, with specific terms for each country where differences exist.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns:

  • Eligibility for Returns and Refunds: CleanCo issues a full refund or replacement for goods that are damaged or defective, or if the goods were purchased directly through our official website https://clean.co and are unopened.
  • Period for Return: For UK customers, returns should be within 14 calendar days of purchase. For US customers, the return period extends to 30 days from receipt.
  • Process: To initiate a return or report a defective product, please contact us at hello@clean.co. Include your name, order number, order date, and a clear photo of the product. Give us 7 days to examine the product before we respond to you. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

    We shall, at our option, repair or replace the defective Product, or refund the price of the defective product in full. We'll then share the address to return the product.You must contact us for instructions before returning items. If they are not suitable for delivery, allow us to collect them from you.

Refunds:

  • Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
  • Checking Refund Status: If you haven’t seen your refund after checking with your bank or credit card company and it's been over 30 days, please contact us at hello@clean.co.

Undeliverable Items:

  • For goods returned as undeliverable, CleanCo will contact you for confirmation of delivery address. If no response is received within 30 days, a refund will be issued within 14 days from that date.

Postal Charges:

  • The customer is responsible for all postal charges for goods returned unless the items were delivered faulty or incorrect. In such cases, CleanCo covers the return shipping costs.

Late Returns:

  • If we do not receive the returned goods within the specified period (35 days for the United Kingdom, 30 days for the USA) of your cancellation, we may make a charge in respect of collecting the goods. If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your cancellation you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. At this point, a new purchase contract will arise and you will be charged the order price for the goods.
  • CleanCo may refuse to accept future orders from those who have made previous unsubstantiated claims for non-delivery of goods or for failure to return the goods within the times specified.

Defective Goods & Statutory Rights:

  • Reporting defective goods should be done as soon as possible. Your statutory rights for returning defective goods are not affected by our policy.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
  • Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for associated shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

Gift Returns

  • If returning an unwanted gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and payment method. Unfortunately, exchanges or refunds cannot be granted directly to the gift recipient.
